Apartment Building Architecture and Exterior Design
The project was developed as a coordinated residential apartment building design, considering the relationship between the street elevation, parking podium, residential floors, balconies and rooftop terrace. The tower rises above a structured podium containing parking and service functions. Pale cladding, dark metal railings and reflective glazing reduce the apparent weight of the upper floors, while landscaped terraces soften the transition between the podium and apartments.
Instead of using one flat facade, the exterior is divided into vertical sections. Projecting fins, recessed balconies and glazed bays create depth and help organize the repeated residential levels. The result is a modern apartment building design suited to a compact urban site in Dubai.
Modern Apartment Facade Design
The modern apartment building elevation design combines:

The entrance lobby was designed as the main shared interior of the building. While the exterior uses repeated vertical elements, the lobby introduces curves, expressive stone, reflective metal, colored glass and indoor planting. The change creates a memorable arrival while maintaining a connection to the building’s warm neutral palette.
The apartment building lobby design includes reception, waiting, circulation and elevator access within one open area. A central seating and planter island organizes movement without blocking visibility between the entrance, reception desk and lift doors.
Lobby Reception Area
The reception desk has a curved bronze-toned metal front formed from rounded vertical sections. Its reflective surface catches light from the floor, suspended glass artwork and illuminated wall behind it.
A large textured backdrop defines the lobby reception area. Concealed lighting around the upper and side edges gives the wall an even glow and makes the concierge position easy to identify from the entrance.

Elevator Lobby Design
The lift wall is composed from large brown marble panels, warm metal elevator doors, timber-toned wall sections and red perforated screens.
Thin dark joints organize the wall and allow service doors and technical panels to blend into the composition. Linear lighting above the lift doors highlights the metal finish and clearly identifies each entrance.
